On October 31, 2017, a terrorist manned a truck he’d purchased in New Jersey and proceeded to ram the vehicle down a bike path on the city’s famous West Side Highway, killing 8 innocent people. Soon after, a courageous NYPD officer confronted and arrested the perpetrator.
Tasked with investigating the who, what, when, where, and why of it all was Detective Vince Manco. With a carnage everywhere and a wounded suspect in the hospital who had yet to be formally identified, Manco rolled up his sleeves and got to work.
