(FRIDAY, 7PM)
First, I interviewed the daughter and now I’ll be interviewing the father. In conversation with my friend and mentor Joelle Garguilo ometime ago, I found out her father was a judge and not just any judge, but a justice in the Suffolk County Supreme Court at that!
A former prosecutor, he grew up in the bakery business, before an entry into Duquesne University School of Law. After a stint in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, he’d go into private practice, mainly in litigation for 30 years before his 2009 appointment to the bench on which he has now sat for nearly 15 years.
He is Judge Jerry Garguilo and he’ll be the guest for Episode 287 of the Mic’d In New Haven podcast. Should be fun!
