In 2014 with 16 years on the job, George Sichler had it made in his NYPD career. At that point a 12 year veteran of the SCUBA unit, he could’ve rode out the remainder in the Special Operations Division but wanting to return to his roots as a Bronx cop, he’d leave and return with a bang he would, getting into and making an impact in both the Gun Suppression & Gang Unit.
