An alumni of both the New York City Housing Police and New York City Police Department, he worked in the rescue squads of both departments as a member of the Housing Police’s Emergency Rescue Unit and the NYPD Emergency Service Unit. Working primarily, sans for a brief stint in Brooklyn’s Truck 8, in Staten Island’s Truck 5, he saw everything Shaolin had to offer and that for another volume of The E-Men: Inside The NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit will be retired NYPD ESU Sergeant Scott Zink.
