So enjoyed this conversation with retired Connecticut State Police Lieutenant Paul Vance. Having grown up watching him provide many a briefing on incidents the State Police had responded to as the spokesman out of the Public Information Office, I naturally had to ask him on the process of information management and how to disperse it properly under stressful circumstances.
