It was great to be neck doing the Mic’d In New Haven podcast. After a summer hiatus, we’re recharged and excited to resume and what a way to pick things back up than with a stellar Volume 48 of The E-Men: Inside The NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit.
Rich Miller, like many of the members of the NYPD Emergency Service Unit I’ve profiled, personifies all that is good about the unit and by extension the department. Here, he discusses his experience at Ground Zero and being part of one of the early defining moments of the rescue/recovery efforts.
