A dedicated law enforcement professional who has made significant contributions to the field through his expertise in peer support and wellness programs, police recruitment, and labor advocacy, he’s a former union president with over a decade of leadership experience, and has a deep understanding of how contracts, benefits, and pensions have evolved for first responders.

Furthermore, he brings unique insights into the differences between police detectives and investigators working in prosecutor’s offices as a 29-year veteran of New York City’s Office of Special Narcotics, serving as an investigator there from 1988-2017.
