A retired FDNY Battalion Chief, whose storied career spans over two decades of service to New York City and another decade at FEMA, he played a pivotal role in some of the nation’s most significant disasters. From firefighting in Canarsie and Queens to leading recruitment efforts, responding to 9/11, and later coordinating federal disaster response, he has been demonstrated resilience, leadership, and adaptability.
