This week on Mic’d In New Haven, I sit down with William Gross — a longtime public servant whose career has touched nearly every corner of New York City’s emergency infrastructure.

From serving as an ambulance corpsman in the early 1980s, to holding senior leadership roles within EMS, the FDNY, and the Mayor’s Office, Bill has spent decades shaping the systems that keep New York running. Whether it was coordinating the city’s COVID response, managing budgets, or advancing first responder communications through FirstNet, he’s been a steady force behind some of the most critical public safety operations in the city’s history.

That’s William Gross — and he joins me on The Best of the Bravest, live on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
