About The Podcast
Mic’d in New Haven is a podcast that in essence a reflection of me and all I find myself interested in. One moment, I could be speaking with a news personality who’s an anchor in a primetime media market. The next, an athlete who performed under high pressure situations and in the process reached the summit. And more times often than not a first responder who time and again, ran into harm’s way to do everything from corral lunatics armed to the teeth, put out ferocious blazes, rescue people from overturned cars or collapsed buildings, and even defuse a bomb. With hundreds of interviews under my belt, it’s a program I’m tremendously proud of, and one you won’t regret listening to!

Mic’d in New Haven is the tale of a young millennial/Gen Xer who is more concerned with his career than underage drinking, pulling all nighters to never finish their essay, or performing hit and runs. Mike does a great job getting guests and asks them fantastic questions. Six stars.

Mike’s interview style is outstanding, his knowledge of his guests, their career and the profession they worked in makes participating or listening a very positive experience. An aspect of Mike’s podcasts that resonates, is his ability to accentuate the importance of collaboration, and easy word to say but not always an easy thing to do. He has and continues to contribute to our professions by highlighting its importance and recognizing all of the “characters” that make our jobs memorable.
