Coming from a fire service family whose legacy spans generations, departments, and hundreds of years of combined service, Paul began his own journey as a junior firefighter in Connecticut before rising through the ranks of the New Britain Fire Department to Deputy Chief.

Along the way, he led major incidents, made life-saving rescues, and became a respected mentor to countless firefighters. But his impact extends beyond the fireground. Through his artwork and memorial design—including the Connecticut State Fallen Firefighter Memorial—he has helped preserve the history, traditions, and sacrifices of the fire service for generations to come.
